I was using a 0.0002″ Chuck so I tested the repeatability . I tested it 3 times ,bluing the face and feeding so slightly, I Could hear no grinding . It wiped the bluing off completely all the way around. I know valve grinders need not be this perfect but the eyes of the customers were amazed !
